1.     Responsibilities of the Accounting Department

  • Responsibilities of the Accounting Department are drafting the lists of budgets, security and consumption of income and expenditure in accordance with accounting procedures, compilation of monthly and annual reports, preparation for inspection of internal and regional audit office, and making a systematic inventory of deduction and transfer from salary such as income box, rent, meter bill and life insurance premium.

2. Responsibilities of the Head of Finance Department

  • To carry out all business activities by supervising staff in accordance with the instruction of the principal and the vice-principal.
  • To supervise and carry out financial matters, purchasing and maintenance in accordance with accounting procedures.
  • To take the lead implementing business plans approved for the department and to develop necessary long-term and short-term plans.
  • To arrange for staff training.

3. Responsibilities of the Accountant 1

  • To do the important part of the budget himself / herself.
  • To keep an eye on the progress of the office and then present and encourage.

4.Responsibilities of the Accountant 2

  • To draw up and submit the progress in accounting based on monthly expenses.
  • To make a list of monthly expenses and budget comparisons.
  • To write checks.
  • To make Oo-Sa lists.
  • To fulfill the responsibilities assigned by Accountant 1

5.Responsibilities of the Accountant 3

  • To organize systematically the documents related with the financial statements.
  • To prepare the salary statements of the officers and staff.
  • To transfer from the basic records to relevant hta-sa lists and then registers.
  • To fulfill the responsibilities assigned by Accountant 2.
